Ajinomoto FD Green (Thailand) Co., Ltd. organized the “Self-Care Station” activity, creating a relaxing space for employees to take a break from their computer screens, recharge their energy, and unleash their creativity through a variety of hands-on activities.

The activity featured a range of wellness and creative experiences, including traditional Thai massage for health and relaxation, a Marbling Art workshop, scented sachet making, and herbal inhaler and flower-infused menthol balm making.

Through these activities, employees had the opportunity to step away from their daily routines, enjoy meaningful moments together, and take care of both their physical and mental well-being in a fun and creative atmosphere.
